There is no power to my laptop
You have decided to go onto your laptop, but it simply won’t turn on. If this is the case then there is most likely an issue with your power adapter or you have got a faulty motherboard. If the motherboard is faulty then we will look at replacing one of the main chipsets it for you.
If your laptop turns on but there is no display on the screen then try this simple trick. Connect your laptop to another external screen using VGA, HDMI or monitor cable. If this works and you are able to see the display through the external screen then your laptop screen most likely needs to be replaced. However, if there is no display anywhere then we will look at replacing the Graphics GPU on the motherboard, this is the video card that allows the display to be seen on the laptop screen.
If you have spilled liquid onto your laptop and there has been a power surge then we would look at how much liquid and the type of liquid spilled. Most of the time liquid damage does not mean your data is lost. We can often recover your data from your hard drive if this is the case.
There is an error with my laptop, it freezes / is noisy / it’s overheating

My laptop has Liquid Damage and Laptop Keyboard Problems
We’ve all been there. Whether it’s a phone in water or a cup of coffee spilled onto your laptop. Depending on the volume and type of liquid that has entered the computer it could go either way on a successful laptop repair. Turn off the device immediately and remove the battery if this is possible. Place a small towel over the keyboard and turn your laptop upside down. By doing this any excess liquid should be absorbed and prevent any further damage.
Our team will have a better chance of repairing the laptop if the liquid is just water, you might even find that just by turning the machine upside down and placing in a warm/ hot cupboard for 48 hours that the water will evaporate and the computer will start again with no issues or damage. Any liquids with sugar in them will be dependent on how much was absorbed and we should be contacted straight away to assess the outcome.
